This is a really good stand up freezer. It is quiet and keeps food extremely cold. It has a lot of shelf space in addition to the shelves. The best feature for me is the big basket on the bottom. It doesn't look big, but boy can it hold a lot of food nicely stacked. Great freezer and is very nice looking too.

I purchased this freezer to be my second freezer, also a Frigidaire. The new has less shelves and the bottom basket just sits on the floor. Not very convenient. Hopefully I can purchase an extra shelf.

So far, the freezer works fine, except for the inside light. It is bigger than I expected, taller, but not as deep. I purchased online without seeing the freezer. It works fine, freezes good. I added in a temperature sensor with an alarm since it is in the garage and we cannot hear when it alarms. Just good insurance. The only issue I have had is the inside light will not stay working. Since it is new, Frigidaire told me to call Costco where I purchased it. They would just replace the unit, as they do not have a repair department. So, I am waiting a few months and then will call again to see if I can get it repaired. I hope Frigidaire's service is better than that but is not looking good so far.

this is a nicely sized freezer with shelves that are easy to get access to all your foods. We have added bins to keep foods separate by categories and they slide in and out on the glass shelves well. I like the front display temperature. Great investment!

I'm happy with my new freezer. It has lots of room and I love that I don't have to defrost it. Its also on wheels so I can move it to clean around it. My only complaint is the adjustable shelves are very hard to remove. There are no directions on how to remove them. The salesman told me just to pull them straight out. Well the shelf broke and now had to be replaced.

Love the freezer. Showed up with a small dent and I was immediately given a choice to replace it with another new one or a discount. I chose the discount. Also, the light didn't come con. I called Frigidaire and they had someone come out. Turned out to Bea missing magnet at the bottom of the door. Repairman said it's common with all freezers. He fixed it in 2 minutes. Excellent customer service, and it works great! Definitely recommend.

This is a great looking freezer with lots of space. I was also able to change the swing of the door easily. There are lots of shelf location options. We especially like that there is a freezerless refrigerator that matches. We got one of each and put them side by side in our kitchen.

The freezer is just what we needed to store a half a beef. We like the features and size. So far it's working great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we had to return the first one and exchange it. It was beeping and the light would go out. So far, no problems with this one.

This Frigidaire freezer has to be 1/4 to 1/3 bigger than our old one from 2002 (it was also a Frigidaire upright). Old Bessie bit the dust so this was the best replacement as far as size, location AND it has an inside LED light, plus a warning indicator when the door is left open.

I™€™m enjoying my new freezer. It™€™s roomy on the inside either plenty of shelves. I am disappointed that the delivery/installation man could not reverse the door opening even though it is made to reverse. He said there was circuitry he did not want to attempt to change. My husband said he could do I it but he would have to lay it down to do so and could not do it by himself. There should be an easy way to change the door opening.

The freezer is great. I like the glass shelves. The alarm for door open is very quiet. I assume the alarm for over temp is the same. For over temp I prefer something as loud as a fire alarm to wake me up at night, which is how it worked with our last freezer!

The freezer is fabulous. However I was not happy with delivery. It was delivered and set up without the light working. Called next day and they sent someone out the following day to check it but the did not bring a replacement bulb and said they don™€™t carry them. Talked with cs the next day and was told it was more than 48 hours so I had to argue that I had been in contact with them since day after delivery. Finally they brought a replacement freezer which in my opinion was dumb because it was only a bulb. They did offer to send someone out to take cover off and take out bulb and then me have to go to Lowe™€™s to get a bulb then they come back to replace which was even dumber. If you are the repair team that came out to service freezer why not bring a bulb with you and save trips and why not check to make sure appliance is working properly before delivery and certainly make sure everything works properly before leaving a brand new appliance with a customer

My freezer is wonderful. It holds so much, plenty of shelves. It runs very quietly. I like the thermostat on the door. I was disappointed that the delivery/installation crew could not switch the door opening side from right to left even though it is made to switch. They said there was circuitry (I belive with the door thermostat) they did not want to chance dealing with. My husband was going to do it but said he would have to lay it down to get to it and was unable to do that by himself. Design may need to be improved on that.

The freezer is quiet and works well. The magnet at bottom of door was missing, Frigidaire sent new one via warranty. The four shelves in freezer were not enough so ordered an additional shelf for $50 during warranty chat session. The alarm for open door is way too quiet, three quiet beeps every 8 seconds, I would like a door alarm and over temp alarm that would wake me up at night!
