We are really enjoying our new oven. It looks very similar to the Samsung we purchased in 2017. The burners on the Samsung had issues maintaining their set temperature. Sometimes when they were set to Low the temp would jump way up. We lived with it till one of the burners died. We replaced the burner but it only lasted 3 days. At that point we purchased this replacement and although they look similar, the Frigidaire is head and shoulders above the Samsung.

We have only had then for about 2 week but I love the stove. The quick runner that sense the pan size is amazing!!! The dishwasher is great love that the top shelf is not all flat you can actually fit larger silverware up there and it won't catch. The fridge water Dispenser is located inside the fridge and that is a loved upgrade. No having to clean the tray out every couple of day, no water build up. The appliances have met all of my expectations.

I absolutely HATE this range! The front controls are very inconvenient and are ALWAYS dirty from the food cooking above them. The burners take twice as long to heat as a coil top, and the smooth top is nothing but a pain to clean. But on the up side I don't have to do arm workouts at the gym. I am really quite disgusted that I spent this much money on something this crappy. If you are considering one of these, you would be better off buying a used coil top stove.

My new Frigidaire Galaxy range is perfect! It looks sleek with its stainless and black exterior design, but the best part of it is its great cooking features. The glass top burners include a warmer and a "bridge" between my right burners to provide even heat for griddles. The top range has the ability for me to adjust the heat for a big variety of cooking needs from stir fry to simmer. The oven is a wonderful with its convection, air fry, bake and broil features. I can't wait to see how my favorite holiday dishes will turn out with this magnificent range!

July 2024 I bought 4 Gallery collection appliances of which this stove was in grouping. It is now November and it is still not working. Whatever oven temperature it is set to when the indicator goes off you expect the set temperature to be reached but it does not. You must wait at least 10 minutes before the temperature is reached and continue to check for the temperature to be reached. My first attempt at using the oven resulted in undercooked food because unlike my previous oven I presumed the buzzer meant the set temperature had been reached and it definitely did not. After this disaster, I bought 2 thermometers and tested the temperature. I also adjusted the temperature according to the owner™€™s manual instructions and it did raise the temperature but when the oven cycled it didn™€™t get back to original temp. Since the store where these appliances were purchased would not help, I called Frigidaire and explained the problem. They sent 3 different repair people. The first said yes there was a problem and replaced the motherboard. When he tested It helped but would not maintain the original temp. He said try it a few days and if it continues call Frigidaire back. Of course it didn™€™t work so called again and Frigidaire sent a different repair person who had no idea what the issue was and said that probably needed a replacement stove. Called a 3rd time Frigidaire said you need 3 opinions so sent 3rd person and they said that™€™s the way the oven works. No replacement. I should think I should be pretty confident after paying $800+ that the buzzer means it probably close to set temp and I should not have to wait 10-20 minutes and have to check thermometers I had to buy to know whether it™€™s at the correct temp. I should not have to keep checking the temperature while cooking to make sure it™€™s maintaining the temperature. When calling Frigidaire I asked for a Frigidaire rep to come check and was told they have no reps in my State. So Frigidaire sells their products but has no one to help customers but local repair shops. It is now the end of November, holidays are approaching and the stove still is not working properly. I have added pictures as one example of the issue. I will never buy anything from Frigidaire or Electrolux again.

RANGE SUCKS AND SO DOES CUSTOMER SERVICE

First time using the self cleaning and it busted the oven door inside glass. This was 3 weeks ago. I still have not received the glass for the technician to come install. Customer service could not provide me and updates and advised it shipped but could not tell me when. I called several times and they said the only thing they could do was tell me what the account says and would not transfer me to a supervisor. I would not recommend Frigidaire products to anyone and will not buy an extended warranty due to the customer service.
