This thing died on day 3. It has been a month and its still not fixed. Customer service has done nothing but tell me I have to keep waiting for someone to come verify its not repairable. They refuse to let me speak to a manager. One customer service representative told me that I needed to move past my frustration. I know this is a commercial unit (and I have spoken with that department) who also refused to let me speak to a manager. They also say they won't allow me to return it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT OR WHIRLPOOL AT THIS POINT.

Extremely Disappointed with Service

I purchased this & it was delivered in 11-14-23. It would not work when plugged in. I called Lowes back. They told me to contact Whirlpool. An appt. was made for 12-6-23, the earliest they could come. They didn't come because they wrote our number down wrong. I called on 12-6-23. They rescheduled it for 1-10-24. They did come. They told the maintenance person it was an electrical issue on our part. He asked them to speak to his supervisor. They left immediately. We had an electrician come. Everything is fine on our end. We still are not able to use it.

Bought this item and the first one i had the pump went out and no one was able to help. They replaced the entire machine and the same thing happened i got a F27 code and no one can help. I keep having the same issue and customer service is a complete joke i don™™t understand how can a large company have such terrible products. Finally Tre from Michigan picked up the phone and he was no help he switched me to the commercial dept. Even the on hold music is terrible. ™¦. I would have better off just sticking with a non commercial unit and calling it a day. How dare i have a business and need extra washing capabilities and get dupped into buying this paper weight ™¦™¦ still on hold 15 minutes ™¦. Was on hold for 30 minutes and the lady had an attitude like i bothered her and still I™™m stuck with this machine with a code that won™™t work. I purchased this machine on 4-25-22 and it™™s the 4-3-22 and i already on my second unit and it™™s having problems. The only way you can repair anything is to have a tech drag you over the coals. I should have took the 3k I spent on this sub par product and just bought a couple skanks and i would have felt like i got my monies worth. I hate feeling like i did the right thing and spending good money to get the bottom of the barrel products. Do not buy this machine or you will be on this thread to.

Continuous Problems from Day 1

Like many of the other reviewers, we have had issues with these units from day one. Unfortunately, we purchased three of these last summer and have already had to place several service calls to resolve error codes that the technicians haven't been able to replicate. Really wish we would have just purchased residential units and accepted the shorter life cycle.

Horrible quality of the unit. It broke down within a half a year. Then a customer service was a nightmare! In order to find a right kind of service one needs to apply for COMMERCIAL, not RESIDENTIAL customer service! At this point I started doubting if we've made a right decision to purchase this commercial unit. I think that we be better off purchasing a reputable residential unit, and be happy with it for the 5-7 years of constant use.
