I ordered a dryer online from Costco and have had to replace it three times within 90 days due to repeated defects. First dryer: The door was not properly sealed, which caused noise from it being loose. Second dryer: It made a very loud swooshing noise during operation. Third dryer: It produced a noticeable knocking sound. Thankfully, Costco has honored their 90-day return policy and replaced the unit each time. However, it has been extremely frustrating to keep exchanging the dryer instead of receiving one that works properly from the start. If I had the option, I would return the entire washer and dryer set. Unfortunately, my washer is past the 90-day return window, so I am stuck continuing to replace the dryer until I receive one that functions correctly. To make matters worse, the dryer does not fully dry clothes no matter what settings you use. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this dryer a few weeks ago and it takes forever to dry clothes. My previous dryer that was 21years old dried faster than this. The door leaks water when you try to use the steam cycle. Need to find out how to get customer service to send someone to fix it.

Super disappointed in this dryer. We™™ve had it for about 5 months and the circuit board for the buttons has gone out 2 times meaning we can™™t use or select any drying modes. On top of that, with a minimum amount of laundry this machine had to be run multiple times to get the load to barely damp. I would heavily recommend people go elsewhere for a dryer.

This dryer seemed great at first. After about 30 days the dryer started making an annoying buzzing sound (separate from the normal dryer humming sound). I also noticed that my professional installers did not install the steam portion of the dryer. On top of all of this the washer I purchased with this had mold growing in the bleach/softener tray.

On day 3 now with this new dryer. I have been very disappointed with how just about everything that comes out is still damp. It doesn't matter if it is bedding or t-shirts. My old Whirlpool was perfect with the dry-sensing. I have to set "Timed Dry" on every run now to make sure things are actually dry.
