One year warranty REALLY?

Stove is not two years old switch to control burner went bad. The warranty for the stove is ONE YEAR. I can see why now Balancers are made of plastic and have broken already. Amazed that a kitchen stove is warrantied for one year and that anything would break not even two years in.

Poor service great Presidential liaison

I bought an LG glass top range and was very disappointed at how easily the top was to scuff/scratch and how hard it was to keep clean it shows every thing from dirt and grease to hard water spots. Despite all this I called the customer support line for assistance or see what my options may be as my wife was not happy with this purchase at all. After getting to the presidential liaison our issues led to getting the top replaced within 2 days. Was ultimately satisfied with the service but not so much the product exactly.

The Great LG seems to be Taking a Fall

I bought this a month ago and find myself rather disappointed with LG. I had several of there appliances which were very well built. This range is much lighter flimsier than their earlier products. The lower drawer is much smaller and seems fragile. My biggest disappointment was the fact that it implied that it came with a rack for air frying. It did not. I paid extra for the air fryer ability and then had to order the air fryer rack extra. To add insult to injury the rack has been discontinued and I cant even buy one.

Lifes Good with LG

There are many oven/ranges electric ranges on the market and it could be quite confusing in choosing one. After doing my research i decided on the LG. And Im so glad I did. LG Range pre-mature failures

I purchased my LG electric range 16 months ago and the baking element failed of course just outside of the warrantee. It took calls to 5 deferent repair companies before i could get someone to repair my range and then it took another week to get the correct part. The part that failed should have lasted for years not months i am very unhappy with the quality of this LG product.

Ive had this a couple of months. Its OK. I mean it works. Sorry to say that I liked my old oven where I could put an aluminum liner tray on the bottom so I didnt have to clean the bottom of the oven. The drawer under the oven is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL It is very cheaply made/flimsy. It doesnt roll out smoothly. Also the owners manual basically warns you about how easy the cooktop can scratch. Dont slide pans Im also disappointed about how hard it is to keep stainless steel appliances looking nice and clean.

So I purchased tis range in May of 2022. I thought LG had a good reputation for appliances. WRONG Ive had to have to backsplash part where the knobs are replaced because the #s were fading and now theyre fading again. Did LG think wed never have to clean or scrub that part. So now Im looking at replace the part again the easy clean oven is also a pain to clean as the easy clean just takes up time and energy but cleans nothing. I also purchased a dishwasher and french door refrigerator at the same time. cleaning these is nightmarish they streak and stain. I spent Nearly $5k for all 3 appliances and I cant wait until I have enough cash to replace every single one

not particularly happy with this . First time I used it there was stuff inside the glass door. Air fryer DOES NOT work like a counter top one so it is basically never used. The cook top seems to get stains on it and I even use the cleaner and try to buff them out after applying. Was not told that the basket nor the broiler grill were not included so had to purchase separately.

I love the convection and the air-fry features but I also love the wi-fi and the notifications that I get on my phone when the preheat is done or when the cook time is completed and the oven it turned off. I went from a coil top stove to this smooth glass top and the heat is so much more consistent.

The quality of this oven is poor. The numbers for the stovetop started rubbing off the first time I cleaned it. I contacted LG who sent out a repairman. The repairman told us it wasnt LGs responsibility and then he joked that the numbers rub off on these all the time.

I bought this range in late 2020 had high hopes but it has been nothing but trouble. 1st trouble is when I almost burned my house because the left burner and air fryer were higher than it was suppose to be. Had it maintenance its all good then during covid I was sanitizing everything and now my panel numbers have almost all disappeared idk why they are printed on panel makes no sense. And now my stove is has been out for going on 3 weeks because every time they come to fix it they find another problem and another part has to ordered. My warranty is coming to an end and hope nothing happens after this is too much disappointment for us.

I have been attempting to use this oven with an air fryer and convection for the last month.No one told me that the air fryer basketbroiler and broiler pan are not included There are NO recipes for cooking things in an air fryer OVEN that is not a counter type at least that I could find. Broke in less than a year

I bought this stove/oven in November of 2022 and the oven has already stopped working correctly by March of 2023. It used to cook my food perfectly fine now it cant maintain its temperature to cook anything consistently. And forget about the LG warranty or customer service its pretty much nonexistent after Ive now twice contacted them about this issue to which they initially respond and then completely disappear after my information is given for an appointment.

This range should be discontinued as they do not sell the accessories necessary to use the air fry feature. They discontinued the air fry tray because they made the air fry tray too large for the broiler pan and instead of making a larger broiler pan they discontinued the air fry tray and left the customer without the ability to air fry. I paid for the more expensive oven to get the air fry feature and also paid for the larger size so I could air fry larger quantities. LGs suggestion is for me to use incompatible smaller parts... great suggestion LG *heavy sarcasm*

I love my LG stove. The convection oven feature makes baking a dream. Also love the eye options on the range. Big drawback are the markings around the dials. Have only had the stove for two and a half years but the numbers are almost gone on some of the dials. Have tried to work with LG but they say it is cosmetic and wont cover it since it is over a year. Even the extended warranty wont cover. Luckily the store from which we purchased the stove is going to spring for a new set of decals. It doesnt seem cosmetic when you dont know how to set your elements See pics.

Disapointed in LG

I bought my range 6 months ago and one day i got home and the door window was shattered. After 5 calls to the Philippines we came to an agreement that LG would pay for part and i would pay for labor. The company LG selected to do the work refused to come out and do the work i had to call and find out because they never called me. Then tired of all the hassle i called back to get part number so i can buy myself and do the work myself and they LG gave the wrong part number. I got the correct part number from someone in Georgia ordered the part and installed myself. Beautiful appliances but horrible customer service.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and unfortunately I havent been able to use the oven yet. Prior to using it I wiped down the inside after the recommended heat time for an hour and noticed chips of the blue ceramic all over the paper towel. LG said it was a defect so Lowes replaced it with another model but again not able to use the oven. The delivery team put the racks in backwards and upside down and chipped and scratched the oven so now Im waiting for my third one to be delivered in three weeks. Other than that I love the features of the range. Weve done a lot of research and LG was highly recommended so Im hoping it will live up to the reviews and recommendations once Im able to fully use it. The only drawback is the it does not go flush to the wall because of the way the back is designed.

We bought this range last month. We are pleased with it. The only thing I wish we could change is the oven light. It is preprogrammed to shut off to save energy. Really? A major pain while baking cookies. Let me decide.

We bought this a couple of weeks ago and I didnt realize how bad my oven worked in my previous one until I baked in my new one. Everything is done right on time. Completely cooked. The stovetop burner heats up quick. Our electric went out last week and it was super easy to set the clock. Yay. Havent tried all the features yet but so excited to try. One stove.multiple uses. Love it. Was a great choice.
