Ive had the WKGX301HBA for a few months now and its been wonderful Doing laundry has been so enjoyable with this machine. It saves so much space in my tiny laundry room. The ONLY complaint I have so far is that the ezDispense Drawer doesnt click into place very well. I have a concrete slab foundation and the small vibrations from the machine seem to knock the drawer out of place JUST enough to trip the sensors multiple times per load. Thankfully the machine continues running even despite the error so I usually just ignore it. I had an LG tech come out and look at it and he said there was nothing wrong just the foundation of my house. Tried different drawers and still got the error. I would still purchase the machine again even despite this. It runs SO quietly its easy to clean and maintain and overall I just couldnt be happier.

This was delieved and looks nice but RXO told me they would send someone to install for because I have the gas model and 3 weeks later still no install. They would give me a time and day they would come and never show up. I contacted LG and they assured be they would some at a certain day and time and still no one came. Just called LG again and told me I would have to wait for RXO to call me again. Having 2 small kids and spending 2k this is really incontinent and feel like they just robbed me of $2k. Better off buying this at a local store than here.

This machine is nice but I dont believe you will ever get the rebates promised in the ads. The software submission ikept rejecting all submissions. I tried for months and Docusign kept trying to sell me Docusign software instead of processing my rebate. They now say the envelope has expired. I would still but the machine without the rebate but am disappointed with the rebate process.

Outdated wi fi and will make your clothes smell

As others have said it will ruin your clothes with the strong oil smell of the washer drum. Ruined my work clothes. Tried to reach out to LG and they told me to keep washing more loads and see if the smell goes away. Not an acceptable solution. In addition if you can Xfinity you will not be able to access the 26 wash cycles and 23 dryer cycles because you cannot use the app at all. The LG Washtower only connects via 2.4gHz and current Xfinity Gateways are 5.0. Do not buy.

Our First WashTower

Only had this installed for a month now but first impressions are positive. Seems to clean well much faster than our top loader commercial washer we replaced. Conversely the gas dryer is a bit slower in drying than the commercial model but Im hoping that the heat cycle will be better in the long run for our clothes. Ample cycle selection and my wife does enjoy the custom welcome screens I put on for her. Only time will tell but at first glance it seems to be a good purchase.

New LG washer/dryer repair

We bought our new LG stacked washer and dryer just a couple months ago and realized that there was a small leak coming from the very bottom of the washer. After going through the LG app to get a LG technician scheduled the process was great. It did take a few days to get the new parts ordered and then to get the technician back to repair but overall we were very happy with service and timeliness of the process. We have slowly converted all of our original appliances over to LG products and have been very pleased.

I haver been happeir with an appliance purchase. I fell in love with this when I saw it because of the deign but now that I have it I love it even more. My cloths have never been cleaner. The AI feature sences load size and how dirty the cloths are and dispenses just enough detergent to do the proper job. My tower is incorporated into my kitchen and it blends right in and is so quiet when running. Love that everything can connect to the AP and notifications when your wash and dry are complete so cloths dont sit in the machine longer that they have to. I highly recommend a Wash Tower

Having had only nine wash cycles this review no doubt is premature. Certainly the WashTower is gorgeous to look at and the ezDispense feature surprisingly convenient. If there is any complaint so far it is the inexplicable placement of the power cord on the left-hand side of the dryer and the right-hand side of the washer a difference of 16 inches that makes already short cords even more frustrating in placing the unit. Too in ordering be mindful that there might be a substantial difference between the date indicated online and the actual time of delivery.

It does an exceptional job cleaning and drying and has so many options based on the load. Really enjoy the LG ThinQ App that notifies me when the the cycle is finished rather running down 2 flights of stairs to check on status.

A real step up from LGs earlier models. Integration with the smartphone app and Wi-Fi is 1000x better than before. AI Washing works perfectly for 90 of load types. Ease of use is the best Ive seen. Design is compact but still has large load capacity.
