Got this range installed. The features are really great. The only problem is its height. It would be much better if this range could be lowered to 35" or at least 35.5". Out kitchen was just installed about a year ago, but to make the surface exact 36" was a challenge and the location around the range is only 35.25 - 35.5" height. It does create a mess, since the range surface is 36.25" height and it is not in full synch with the rest of the kitchen, very frustrating! Also the feet are kind of falling out from the design.

I am very happy with the stove I had my kitchen redone so I had to get a new stove. Only concern is that the directions are not clear as how to set the clock and how to work the air fryer but other than that the stove works excellent.

A Great Range

We received this range about a month ago and have been very happy with it. The induction elements are a great improvement to the cooking experience. The notification tones for the ovens are distinct and can be clearly heard from a few rooms over (or via the smart things app) without being obnoxiously loud. The flex duo oven was what drew us to this unit. Since receiving the unit, we've used the flex duo as a split oven for large dinners and as a single oven for items a little large for the split spaces. The range does a good job with different temperatures in each compartment. Unfortunately, the range only includes two oven racks. At the price and with the large oven size, an extra rack would've been nice to have.

We bought this air fryer oven to replace the countertop one we already had and used on a daily basis. Since the range we replaced was double oven we again got the double oven. It's Amazing! And we definitely recommend this to anyone upgrading or on the fence. Not only does the air fryer cook to perfection and free up counter space but the stove top itself is so fast and efficient. As a drawback we did have to replace most of our pans since they weren't compatible with the heating elements, but that wasn't a big deal. The only real drawbacks I wasn't aware of is that you cannot use it as dual ovens when using the air fryer where as our old range could operate both ovens simultaneously. The air fryer requires full oven instead. The second feature is only the largest burner has the lights and it's only around the front half. All thought all burners had a light ring while in use.

This is our first induction range, and I love it so far! There are a ton of features (everything someone could ask for) - and that coupled with fast cook times and flexible oven options make this a real winner. Initially, I was worried over its price tag, but after using it throughout the holiday baking season, I think that it is well worth the cost and highly recommend.

I replaced our 2018 electric range with NE63T8951SG/AA. None of our pans at home was suitable to work with induction range. We have to buy additionally induction pans. We still can not figure out how to use the lower Owen of the u=induction range, We have added the program into the menu, but for some reason it was not saved. We have still call Samsung or look at manual to figure out the features. I like the design and how it looks, but my wife is not happy with Induction range. I am still frustrated that the range's original price is more than 3K, but they still use regular bulbs inside of the range instead of using high tech led lights. I would recommend it to people who have the pans that work with induction range and who are more tech savvy than I am. -The stove top has 4 different size burners, all of which work tremendously well and SO quickly! If I put a pan on with oil in it, the oil heats almost instantaneously, and I can put in whatever I'm trying to cook in less than 30 seconds. Boiling water is also very quick with the rapid boil burner. How quickly it heats everything is my absolute favorite feature! -The two doors on the oven are very different from anything I've ever used before, but it is truly amazing! I love being able to use just half the oven if needed, but also transform it to a larger space when cooking something larger. The oven heats up very quickly, usually around 5 minutes to heat to over 400F. -The buzzers and overall sounds the oven makes are melodious and are just pleasant to hear rather than a classic buzzer type sound that is loud and startling. -Cleaning the stovetop is literally such a breeze! I wipe it down almost immediately after cooking every single day and everything just wipes right off. The burners are not burning hot when you turn them off, so I'm able to quickly wipe down the whole stovetop with a quick wipe with no issues. The self clean feature is also a super nice touch that works wonderfully! -The air fry feature is such a giant plus! The instructions were pretty clear when learning how to use it, and now it's all I use for making crispy things! -Connecting to the SmartThings app is quick and easy to connect to. I love getting a message to my phone when the oven is preheated!

Great range - but arrived damaged

first things first. i watched the delivery people every second and they were very careful. when i came to install the power cord i found missing screws and the bottom rear of the range dented upwards by at least half an inch. i can't see an obvious way to take this up with samsung. the electric ovens heat at least as quickly as our old samsung gas range, but without the hot exhaust. the new split door is much more convenient than the single door on the old flex duo. the induction rings are much faster than gas and the handles on pans don't get hot. we think our moka pot takes half the time it used to. we can make coffee in little over 1 minute.

just received this in stainless steel as a replacement for the earlier model which had the "remove probe" error. feel like i took 10 steps backwards. hate the dial! ten times more difficult than the touch screen on the other one. also, samsung did away with the top overhang which keeps crumbs, etc. from falling down the sides of the range. of course i will keep this but will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

The new stove has so many amenities! I cook almost every night. And I love the separate top and bottom functions. I love that it has a built in air dryer and dehydrator, my family and I love the stove top, quick to heat and quick cool down. The stove kid friendly stove wont heat up with out a metal pan. There is a dehydrator that I'm dieing to try soon. My kids love dryer fruit.

From delivery to set up these guys were great! Showed me how to use the stove and connect it to WiFi the double ovens are great I can cook a whole meal without having to wait for more oven space! It heats up water so fast!! The double oven is such an amazing. Concept!! I e mastered how to use Alexa with it and that has been like an extra pair of hands This stove is so amazing I just can't believe it!! I have it connected to my Alexa so having the stove is no longer a pain to wait for

I have very much enjoyed testing this range, it is quite a beautiful piece of machinery. The induction surface works as expected and doesn't get hot where it shouldn't. The ability to voice control is an awesome feature, doesn't work as well as I wish it would though. I love my new Samsung 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Slide-In Induction Range with Flex Duo,& Smart Dial and Air Fry - Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel. There has been a learning curve with some oops's and some wows. First oops was trying to bake a pie. Need to keep the temp lower so the top doesn't burn . First wow was how fast a big pot of water for pasta came to a boil. Second wow was how crispy and juicy baked chicken was. I know there will be some additional oops and wow moments but I can't wait to discover them all. I also had to learn how to cook in my new stainless steel pots on a stove that gets hot super fast. If I follow the rules of preheating the food turns out awesome. The stove is sleek and easy to use and includes an air fryer basket as well. So happy I was able to get this at a reduced rate.

The real deal at last!

I have been cooking with induction for almost ten years but unfortunately I have been using individual countertop burners. I love the speed, and control of induction cooking and also appreciate greatly that the burners don't generate any heat. The only thing that gets hot is the pan. This has really been a blessing in the hot summer temperatures. But I was really tired of hauling burners to cook every meal. And now… I am the proud owner of a Samsung 6.3 cu. Ft. Smart Slide-In Induction Range with Flex Duo, Smart Dial and Air Fry. Interestingly, I thought this would cook the same way as the burners, but it's better! I boiled water on the burners and on my Samsung Induction Stove. The Samsung got there faster every time. Cleanup is a breeze. I haven't had to scrub anything off the stovetop. And believe me, when I cook, I make a mess! The Samsung control panel has a lot of settings. The burners offer settings 1-8 and power boost (9). There is a blue light that comes on the knob when you turn the burners on. I wish the numbers were a little easier to read. They are too light and don't show up very well. However, the knobs have a tactile quality to them which I find helpful. Now for the Flex Duo part of the range: Love, Love, Love the half or full oven concept. Probably 75% of what I bake goes into the top oven. I've had to learn convection baking but Samsung added in a setting to help which automatically reduces the temperature by 25 degrees to compensate for faster convection cooking. I just set it for the temp the recipe calls for and it automatically adjusts the temp. The big 6.3 cu. ft. oven is wonderful! I'm looking forward to cooking Thanksgiving turkey in an oven that has plenty of room. Need to cook two foods at different temperatures? You have two ovens! Love the flexibility this flex duo provides. Only one downside to the large oven is the slightly smaller drawer underneath. I could go on and on about how much better the Samsung 6.3 cu. Ft. Smart Slide-In Induction Range with Flex Duo, Smart Dial and Air Fry is than anything I have ever used before. But I think I have some cookies in the oven! If you're on the fence about this oven, get off it and just buy it.

this stove rocks! the induction is so cool i don't see why all stoves do not come with it! the dual oven is super for cooking two items at different temperatures at the same time. the single dial to control the oven(s) is very easy to use. the built in air fryer is great! the drawer at the bottom of the oven is very handy. the induction stovetop is very fun to use. i can't believe how fast is heats your food, boils water and is easy to control. some pros: fast stovetop cooking. easy stovetop cleaning. great options for using the dual oven. built in air fryer. the range looks great in my kitchen. #samsungrangeinsiders read less

My husband decided to order the Samsung induction range, I didn't care much until I see it!!! The appliance is awesome, it is all digital, the oven rises to the temperature in minutes and works as a fryer too... we got new set of pots and pans, since ours didn't work with induction, but totally worth. It is all digital and we can use an SmartThings app to turn the oven on, it also sends you a text when food is ready. The oven is big enough that I can cook multiple dishes on it. It has a self cleaning feature, I haven't use yet but is a plus. I used the air fryer option for my truffle fries and it was just like the ones I order at the restaurant. I am really love not only because is very modern looking but because of all the features that it offer and the fact that don't make miss gas stove/oven any longer. Highly recommend for everyone especially for busy working families.

I don't miss a gas stove anymore

My household cooks a variety of foods on the stove top and in the oven. I moved from a home with a gas oven to one with electric only and have lamented the loss of my gas cooktop for a while, now I no longer do. The dual oven is perfect for making meals that require baking different foods at different temps. Being able to broil some meat in the top and bake potatoes in the lower makes a great use of time. It is also much more energy efficient and timely to only need to preheat the top half of the oven to cook a single dish. I can't wait to try to the dehydrate function and try making some homemade jerky and dehydrated fruits. Another nice feature of the oven is that when you set the timer, you have the ability to have it turn the oven off when the time expires. The oven dial has presets for all the functions of the oven based on whether it is setup in dual oven mode which allows for convection bake, convection roast, and broil, or single oven mode which offers all the function including air fry and dehydrate. The presets already have the temperature set to estimated temp for that function and allow quick adjustment by rotating the dial when selecting the function. The self clean function makes cleaning up after a bad mess in the oven simple, activate the function and let the oven heat up to burn away the mess, then wipe it clean once cool with no scrubbing or harsh chemicals. My favorite thing has to be the inductive cook top which heats up so fast and maintains the heat well. Changing from a high heat to a simmer works so well compared to a standard electric cooktop which takes too long to reduce heat. Make sure to match the pan to the burner size, this stove has one large and 3 smaller burners meaning that you can't use multiple larger pans at once. The stove has wifi with smartthings integration which is Samsung's smart platform. With smartthings you can turn on the smart function and remotely check the status of the oven and turn it off, or change the temp, but it automatically turns off the smart function after a short time possibly as a safety measure to prevent remote activation to stop any accidents from starting the oven when nobody is home. There is no remote control over the cooktop and I think that reason is obvious. My family absolutely loves this appliance that has truly become the cooking hub of the kitchen.

An Upgrade to my Kitchen!

I never knew that a stove could be quite as amazing as this one is, and I have to say that I'm blown away! Using it has really made cooking such a pleasant experience, and I find myself trying to make different things to use all of its features! Pros: -The stove top has 4 different size burners, all of which work tremendously well and SO quickly! If I put a pan on with oil in it, the oil heats almost instantaneously, and I can put in whatever I'm trying to cook in less than 30 seconds. Boiling water is also very quick with the rapid boil burner. How quickly it heats everything is my absolute favorite feature! -The two doors on the oven are very different from anything I've ever used before, but it is truly amazing! I love being able to use just half the oven if needed, but also transform it to a larger space when cooking something larger. The oven heats up very quickly, usually around 5 minutes to heat to over 400F. -The buzzers and overall sounds the oven makes are melodious and are just pleasant to hear rather than a classic buzzer type sound that is loud and startling. -Cleaning the stovetop is literally such a breeze! I wipe it down almost immediately after cooking every single day and everything just wipes right off. The burners are not burning hot when you turn them off, so I'm able to quickly wipe down the whole stovetop with a quick wipe with no issues. The self clean feature is also a super nice touch that works wonderfully! -The air fry feature is such a giant plus! The instructions were pretty clear when learning how to use it, and now it's all I use for making crispy things! -Connecting to the SmartThings app is quick and easy to connect to. I love getting a message to my phone when the oven is preheated! Cons: -The dials being at the front of the stove take some getting used to, but they do get in the way while standing over it and I bump them accidentally often. It's not a deal breaker, but just a small annoyance. -This stove is an induction stove, which means you have to use pots and pans with a magnetic bottom for them to be effective. While it was annoying to have to mostly go buy new pots and pans, I am no longer annoyed in the least because this stove just cooks everything SO MUCH faster! They do include a handy magnet for your fridge to help you determine which pots and pans are compatible, which was a huge help. This stove is overwhelmingly amazing, and it has transformed the way I cook in so many ways!

What an incredible masterpiece has Samsung has created that made me forget that I was cooking with an electric range and has awakened my inner chef. Let's see Where do I start since I have been blown away entirely by this beautiful elegant but practical design that Samsung has done it again. I love the way the 4 top burners are placed which allows using big pots and pans, having that ability it's been wonderful, and also the ease of cleaning the surface in case of a liquid spill, another thing that fascinates me is the ease of operating the stove using from my cell phone or Alexa device, I love that when I use the fryer I don't need to preheat it, And it still gives me fabulous results. Another thing that fascinates me is being able to boil water in just a few minutes and being able to bake two different dishes at different temperatures at the same time wow! Amazing I love the total operation of the stove and the ease that it gives me when using it, which has reawakened the cook within me. [ ] I connected the range to my smartphone Samsung app which let me monitor and control the temperatures to perfection while entertaining my guests. I used the dual oven on my birthday to make lasagna and chicken wings at the same time, it made sure there was something for everyone since there were plenty of room,The self cleaning feature was the most amazing part since it makes cleaning a breeze with a simple press. Let me tell you this it cleans really good. So far it's been the best self cleaning feature I've had try and one of my favorite features, perfect after a hard day of cooking. Just make sure to remove the divider. The only thing that I wish they have done differently is to include the virtual flames in all four top burners which in my opinion could have been the cherry on top of this masterpiece of electric range.

This range is the future! The dual range is so versatile and the convention cooks what I want crispy crispy! The excellent air fryer built into the oven works fantastically well and will free counter space for us. The single dial to control all oven functions is intuitive and easy to use and cleans up the look of the range. The drawer below the oven holds several items for storage and quick use. The induction stovetop is amazing. It is soooo fast to heat food, cook and boil. Can of soup is so fast you don't want to walk away too long. Frying is a snap as the pans heat up so fast and controlling the temperature of the stovetop is easy and precise. If something is on the verge of boiling over you just turn it down a notch or two and the boil over is stopped almost immediately. The blue light on the largest cook point is nice to let you see the temp of the pan. The oven can be controlled from your app to set temps on the oven, function of oven and cooking times. Also works with Alexa for oven control. The app also allows you to see what is going on on the stovetop. Very handy idea and use. Somes of my likes: Induction cooking is so fast and easy. Dual oven that performs very well. The fact that you can use two seperate temperatures at the same time with the dual ovens. Ability to use the oven as a single oven for large item cooking or using more racks for items like cookies, etc.. The built-in air fryer is super and works great! The induction stovetop is so fast and energy efficient it should be on all electric ranges. Amazingly fast cook times on the stovetop. Boil overs on the stovetop do not burn on the stovetop as the cook points do not get very hot at all. The range overall is a very attractive unit and adds to our kitchen. Cons: Minor but you do need induction ready pots and pans to use the induction. We had a few that work and bought a new set for a pretty good price that we are very happy with. If someone asks for advice on a new range I would absolutely point them to this range.

After being a diehard gas stove fan only for many, many years... I took the plunge and went to induction a while back due to lack of venting in my kitchen - induction puts off far less heat than gas flames. Since I made the switch, I would never go back. As such, I was excited to upgrade my older induction range to this new Samsung Flex Duo Range. It has all the features I've come to love that come with induction... instant heat just like gas, a ceramic/glass cooktop that is so much easier to clean than gas stoves with grates and burners to clean around and now -- a dual oven where I never thought I'd have space in my kitchen for one. I am so thrilled as well to move from a touchpad control on my old one to Samsung actually having physical knobs, it feels just like I'm back to cooking with gas, except without the excessive heat and easy clean up! (And the 'virtual' flames while not needed, are really cool.) The split oven works flawlessly and has come in handy many times already when cooking multiple dishes at multiple temps. I can't wait for the next holiday! The oven is huge so that I will be able to roast a large turkey, then after that's out and resting... the divider will allow me to cook multiple dishes at multiple temps, what a great feature. And I never bought into the air fryers, as I've always had convection -- but the air fry/convection function on this is simply awesome, crisp and delicious! Do not hesitate to purchase this range, it's a beast and worth every penny. A++

This stove rocks! The induction is so cool I don't see why all stoves do not come with it! It looks great and works great! The dual oven is super for cooking two items at different temperatures at the same time. Can also use just the top or bottom oven separately or take out the divider and use the huge oven as one unit. The single dial to control the oven(s) is very easy to use and intuitive. I have used the built in air fryer (did I mention it has a built in air fryer?) three times and it cooks to perfection. Now I can reclaim some counter space. The drawer at the bottom of the oven is very handy to store unused items. The induction stovetop is very fun to use. I can't believe how fast is heats your food, boils water and is easy to control. I saw where some people were talking about pinpoint control of the stovetop and now I know what they mean. I was cooking pasta and the water was just about to boil over and I just turned down the temp control a notch and it (almost) instantly lowered the temp and lowered the water height so it did not. I also, wink wink, accidentally had a pot of pasta boil over to test how easy it may be to clean. Since the areas where the pans sit on the stovetop do not get hot is was easy peasy to clean as it will not/does not burn on. The blue lights to mimic a gas flame on the main, large stovetop cooking area is cool. Using the app to control the oven is also very easy. Heck, I can sit on my deck and decide to cook something and just use the app to preheat the oven at a temp I choose. Then I can set the timer for how long to cook the food and the app lets me know when it is ready. Also works through Alexa so control using voice is avail Some pros: Fast stovetop cooking. Easy stovetop cleaning. Great options for using the dual oven. Built in air fryer is fantastic. The range looks great in my kitchen. Faux blue flame adds drama to your cooking and is useful to see how high you have it turned up at a quick glance. Cons: Not much. The only thing I can think of is I had to get some new pans (some of my old ones still work) to use the induction as you must have steel on the bottom of the pans for the induction to work. Well one more con.: Why didn't I have one of these much much sooner? I would definitely point folks to this range if asked for my advice on a new purchase as it looks great and works great!

Super fast heating on the cooktop which can boil water in a couple of minutes and I mean just a couple. Also love the fact that the stove top does not release a lot of heat from the burners when you're done is a plus because it keeps the kitchen cool. And last but not least, the air fry feature in the oven works fantastic! The double oven is great for baking 2 different dishes at once and the dial makes it super easy to make sure your setting each oven to the correct temperature. Now don't forget you do need induction cookware if you don't already have them. If you're not sure if your current cookware works they do include a nifty little magnet that you can use to test your pots and pans to see if the would work. Cleaning up after cooking has never been easier. Since the actual burners don't get too hot spills and food don't stick to the cooktop making it super easy to clean and keep that way as well.

This is an outstanding appliance, it has a modern, sleek appearance and is very simple to use. The oven is very large when divider is removed to accommodate large items and conventional bake is super fast to heat up. The cooktop quickly heats up also, boiling water has never been so fast. In addition to its easy-to-use functionality, the oven can be activated and controlled through your phone over WiFi and receive alerts when your meal is ready. The digital display on the stove is a great feature and is very user friendly, My favorite feature is the ability to preset oven to a specific temperature so cooks gets simplified later on. On top of that, the cooktop has multiple safety features that further adds to this product's appeal like a non-stick coating on the griddle that makes easy to clean after every use. To use air fryer you need to remove divider and it is a great addition to this range. There are Infinite ways to do a wonderful meal, the one I have tried is cooking Picanha (top part of top sirloin) on air frier, it is ridiculous how easy and fast this range can help you with all your dishes ideas Overall, this product is very easy to use and a great addition into my home.
