We are in love with the range

First let me address the stove. There are 5 burners – 2 with 9500 BTU, one with 5000BTU, one with 15000 BTU and one with 18000 BTUs which comes with double ring. Cooktop is gas porcelain enamel. The oven comes with a nonstick grill pan that fits the center round burner. That nonstick pan / griddle sits on top of the grate system and while it is nice to have, it limits the side burners' space. It would be nice to have the pan flushed in, so a larger pan could fit on side burners at the same time. The oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly as one or when split into 2 ovens, it comes with a removable divider that converts the oven from one into two as needed. The stove automatically recognizes when the divider is in and allows you to set temperatures and timers for either oven or overall. The door also is adjustable so you can open only the upper part of the oven or the entire door for full oven. This stove comes with a metal mesh air frying pan, which is very handy as it allowed me to get rid of my air fryer. When I use the air frying pan I do put a pan underneath to ensure that the drippings are collect and do not end up in the bottom of the pan. Fryer, bread proofing and dehydrating features are set up to be utilized for the whole oven only and I assume that is by design. I still have to work on figuring out what food to place into which part of the oven. The burners are either on top or bottom. So if I want to have a crust on the bottom and the oven is split, it is better to utilize the lower part of the oven. On the opposite – for crust on top, it is better to utilize the upper part. And the whole oven would be used when anyone wants crust on top and bottom – i.e. in my family we love good and crunchy crust on pizza, so we utilize the entire oven. But for broiling or baking pastries, upper oven is just fine. The rack is the best to be placed in the lowest section of the upper part of the oven and the highest in the lower part of the oven to ensure the dish is baked properly and does not burn. We have tested out timers as well. There is a very nice feature that each oven has its own timer you can set up. As when the oven is heated to the requested temperature, when the timer comes to zero a tune is played. Some would suggest it is annoying, but the high pitch and pleasant melody, is heard all around the house, which again in my opinion is a very nice feature. You can be anywhere and will hear it, so you can go and check on your items.

This gas range is totally awesome. This is all your kitchen needs because it can cook, bake, broil, and air fry. The burners (5 of them) are well built and emanates between 9500 BTU to 18000 BTU for great cooking and grilling. You can control the oven and settings through the smartthings app. The Flex Dou allows you to cook two different things in the oven at two different temperatures. The technology is awesome.

Great over, a few changes I would suggest

Everything overall is good, but my few comments that keep it from being perfect for the price point (which is a good value even as it is). The ovens when split do not allow the air fry function to work. It would make more sense (and cents as in cost) to allow only half the over to be on for air fry. Half of the oven only allows for convection cooking when split. But the other half allows regular, or convection. And the entire oven allows for either option when the divider is removed. The center nonstick pan sits on top of the grate system. While this is useful to a point, it would be nice to have the option to replace the center grate with the grill pan. I don't see ever using the center oval burner for anything other than that grilling pan, so flushing it with the rest of the top would be ideal. And/or offering a cast option. I like the nonstick that it is, but you can't slide pots across with it installed, because it sets on top, and also the nonstick surface would scratch up pretty quick. It would be nice if the oven lights were LED. The screen printing on the oven control buttons is kind of a dull color. A brighter white would be easier to read, or LED backlighting would help. All minor issues. Great overall.

This range has been a godsend! I received it to replace an old end of its life GE, amd have been amazed at just how much of a difference it is. There are many features I'd like to highlight, for instance the main DUAL burner has 18,000 BTU power, which significantly lowers the time it takes to boil water or heat anything. The range has wi-fi capability that i have connected to my phone through the samsung app, which allows me to control the range remotely and is quite convenient. The double cavity oven is also very useful, allows to bake two things at the same time at different temperatures. The handles for the oven are easy to use, and the seperation may easily be taken out to make the oven full size for bigger roasts. Fuethermore it is a convection oven, which substantially lowers the cooking time, and everything comes out nice and even. Also it features an air fryer, where i have used it with the accompanying sheet rack, yet i would suggest to put that rack on top of a baking pan as oils may drip down from cooking meat/chicken. Overall im highly satisfied with the Range and couldnt be happier.

So far I love this oven. It is great for baking. The only issue I have had is that on the lower side when I go to turn it on, the buttons do not work the first time I try and I have to wait for it to reset before I can start the oven up or add a timer.

Lots of things to talk about with this range. First off, I love the big double burner that is extremely effective with warmer up and entire pot or extra large pan all the way instead of just a little part of it. The double burner makes sure the whole thing is hot and cooks evenly. I'm not sure if it's my unit but some times the gas flames flicker which causes a noise that can be irritating at times but nothing too bad. The middle burner and griddle makes it ideal for making the kiddos pancakes or French toast. The duo oven has been kind of hit or miss. The top part of the oven doesn't heat to the temperature that you set it to that often. I've had to get oven thermometers and the temp can be 20 to 40 degrees off. Also, there are times that the flame directly above the food will cause it to burn before the rest of the meal is cooked. I'm sure more practice with it is needed to find the sweat spot. My husband has used the air fryer feature more than I have but the one time I did, it worked fine. Love the air fry tray that is included. Makes it easy to cook big meals for the kids. My husband also used the duo oven and besides timing issues, it worked pretty good. Another thing that I've noticed that when you use a timer on the oven and the timer is done, if you open the oven, the oven shuts off. I didn't realize this the first time I used it and wonder why my food wasn't cooking. Not sure if this is a feature I can turn off as I used it this one and have used other timer since. I feel that this feature is kind of cumbersome if I have to turn back on the oven just to keep cooking food with another timer. Overall, this is a good oven compared to my previous one. It does look amazing and I am happy with it.

Functions better than expected

There are a few key things that I love about this stove. 1) The main burners have high BTU and the 5 burners including center one is just perfect for cooking. 2) The oven heat is consistent and the convection oven technology is effective. I wish we had this stove during thanksgiving when we cooked our turkey. 3) The oven has a feature where you can separate it into a top and bottom oven with separate temperature controls. I did not realize this stove included this function until after it was installed. I have taken a picture in my review of the separation, which I have used to heat up two different types of food that required different temperature. 4) And lastly, ease of cleaning. I found it incredibly easy to clean on all of the surfaces.

My family and I received the Samsung oven after having used a super old oven that was left when we purchased our home! My husband is a phenomenal chef and cooks multiple times a day for our family and we were on the hunt for a way to maximize his cooking! When this Samsung oven arrived, we first tested out the griddle which is the BEST! My 6 year old makes eggs and sausages for us on the griddle every morning (no joke), and my husband has already used the two different oven temperatures to cook multiple items throughout the holiday season! We have totally recommend this product to our friends and recommend to anyone else reading :)

Absolutely love this range! I recently purchased a new build home and was less than thrilled with the range that came with it. Decided to upgrade to a nicer oven with the dual option. Design. It looks absolutely stunning! The fingerprint resistant finish and all stainless steel top makes it really stand out as a centerpiece in the kitchen. It is also much easier to clean without fighting the streaks I would get on my last one. Dual Oven. I used the dual oven feature for the first time cooking for guests for a holiday meal. I was a little nervous to use it the first time while entertaining but everything came out flawless and it really saved some time over balancing different dishes with different cooking temperatures. Also, it was a breeze switching between dual or single oven setup for a turkey. Air Fry. I have only used the air fry option once for bacon and the bacon did come out as crisp as I wanted. There was a little bit of cleanup required after but it is a neat feature to have and I am looking forward to trying other foods using it. Overall this range has a ton of options, performs great, looks beautiful and I would highly recommend it!

Personal Cooker Work Just Got Easier

Even though the delivery process was bumpy, I am overall happy with the oven and its multiple capabilities. I was impressed with the air fryer feature and its ability to produce high heat. Being able to control the oven with the Samsung Smartthings feature is terrific. Now I am able to lower the temperature of the oven while I am watching the game. Since I do personal chef work I was disappointed with the interior size of the ovens. I was hoping there would be more room. However, I am overall happy with the new improved oven. The griddle in the center makes cooking multiple dishes very easy.

Amazing Stove

We've had this oven for just about a month, and so far we have been very pleased. The oven heats up very quickly, especially when only using half of it. The duel oven feature is very convenient as a 2 person household that also likes to entertain. We can use just half of the oven to save on gas when it is just us, but then have plenty of space when we have friends over. The stove top works great, there is tons of space to cook with plenty of large pots. My biggest negative about the oven would have to be the timer, it sometimes does not like to turn off when using the duel feature. The surface also gets very hot where the knobs are while oven is on. You have to be careful not to burn yourself while cooking on the stove top if you are also using the oven. However overall I am pleased with this oven, it works extremely well with my daily needs.

Beautiful Gas Range with Flex Duo!

Last year we remodeled our kitchen and we kept our old stove as it was not very old. I currently have Samsung appliances, all except for the stove. Once we saw this campaign I knew I had to apply for it because it was going to make my kitchen complete. I ordered the Samsung Smart Freestanding Gas Range with Flex Duo™, Stainless Cooktop & Air Fry 6.0 cu. ft. Capacity in Stainless Steel back in August and it finally arrived this week. We are so excited as you can see in the picture it blends in perfectly with my new kitchen. So far I have not used the oven but as far as the stove we love all the features on it. I can wait to start using the oven at the same time at two different temperatures. I will post more once I use the oven portion but for now, we could not be happier. This week I was able to try the oven and noticed how much faster the heating was then my previous oven. I also tried the air fryer and made the best Lemon Seabass and it came out so crisp. The design and features on this range are exceptional. I am close to 50 years old and can honestly say this is the best oven I have ever owned.
